What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to all EU member states as well as domestically within Sweden.
How long does delivery take?
Within EU: 4-10 business days.
Please note that orders placed at weekends or on Swedish public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders!
What is your returns policy?
You have a 14‑day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. E‑mail us at miscendcontact@gmail.com before sending anything back. You pay the return postage and are responsible for the item until it reaches us. See our full Terms and Conditions for details and exceptions.
How do I commission custom or bespoke work?
We love special projects! Please e‑mail miscendcontact@gmail.com with a description, reference images (if any), desired quantity and timeline. We will review feasibility and send you a quote. Custom commissions usually require a non‑refundable 30 % deposit and are not covered by the 14‑day return policy, as they are made to your specifications.
